(ECL) was incorporated as a Private Limited Consulting Firm in May, 2025 and started propagation being backed by highly qualified professional specialists and experts on multidisciplinary areas such as Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, Environmental Planning and Design, Ecology, Biodiversity conservation, infrastructural development and Industrial pollution control, design of ETP/STP and implementation, Climate Change and resilience, GHG emission, Environmental and Energy Audit, and sustainability-related services. With its established Office at: 3000, Danforth Avenue, Unit #3, Suite 108, Toronto, ON, M4C5L7, Canada. ECL is an independent and multidisciplinary consulting firm which, has the technical skill, expertise, experience and is capable of handling ESA Phase-1, and 2, RSC, EIA, ESIA, EMP, ESMP. Water and wastewater treatment plant, waste management, treated wastewater recycling and reuse, arsenic contamination, and any consulting services on time, within budget and to the standard of quality demanded.
ECL is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Canada, as a private limited company. ECL has successfully accomplished all its assignments in the last 20 years history in Bangladesh of the firms and many involved asset developments which are not easy to implement. ECL has successfully introduced conventional and smart technology-based Wastewater Treatment plant in Bangladesh mainly biological treatment. This technology is very much cost effective compared against high BOD5 and COD load to other plants in terms of chemical consumption, chemical and biological efficiency.
